McKenzie Exterior Solutions LLC was founded by Ty McKenzie after he and his wife, MaryAlice, made a life-changing decision: to leave California behind and move across the country in pursuit of a slower, more intentional way of life.
Ty left his 9-to-5 job, and together, they packed up their family and drove across the country to start a new chapter in Florida—with only what they could fit into two cars.
That move wasn’t just about changing where they lived. It was about changing how they lived.
As parents of a young daughter, Ty and MaryAlice wanted a life centered around the things that matter most to them: family, experiences, travel, and time together, rather than constantly chasing more.
That same philosophy is at the heart of McKenzie Exterior Solutions.
Our goal is simple: to give our customers back their time. By providing dependable, quality landscaping services, we take one more responsibility off your plate so you can spend less time worrying about your property and more time doing what matters—whether that’s enjoying an evening with your family, making memories with your kids, or simply having the freedom to enjoy your weekend.
